Process flows

The unannounced follow-up check initialises two different processes with different evaluations and conclusions.

The internal part is determined by the members whereas the external part is related to the summary and analysis of non-personalised data.

Internal process flow of an UN

The internal part of the process run is an element of the quality management system of a company. It describes how a company organises its quality controls and how it reacts on deviations. The above diagram shows an example how the unannounced follow-up check can be integrated in the quality management systems.

Information which has be found:

  • name and identification of checked person
  • name of examination place
  • corresponding main examination report
  • type and age of vehicle in question
  • defects determined by auditors
  • analogy with statements of inspector
  • examination result of inspector and auditors
  • information if the conditions of the examination place are the reason for differen evaluations
  • further notes of inspector and auditor

External process flow of an UN

The QM e.V. is informed about the examination report by means of an anonymous copy.

The following concrete information is given, registered an evaluated:

  • date and place of unanounced follow-up check
  • type of examination place
  • type of PTI company in question
  • type and age of vehicle in question
  • defects determined by auditors
  • analogy with statements of inspector
  • examination result of inspector and auditors
  • information if the conditions of the examination place are the reason for differen evaluations
