Industry compliance

The members of the QM Association maintain a Compliance Clearing House (CCSt) to support fair and honest competition in vehicle monitoring.

The CCSt is an expert body that develops recommendations for the creation and further development of behavioural guidelines and summarises them in an industry code of conduct.

This code, which does not go beyond the legal requirements, describes industry-specific processes and provides guidance on how to evaluate them and how to distinguish between processes that are relevant for compliance.

The QM Association provides administrative support for this position.
